- 4 pomegranates
- Peel the pomegranate and separate the seeds.
- Put the seeds in a mixer and grind it to a smooth paste.
- Then strain this paste through a soup strainer and extract the juice.
- Pour the juice in the glasses and serve immediately. Add one ice cube if you like it.
