This chutney can be relished with roti, paratha, dosa, idli, uttappam, samosa, dhokla and sandwiches. The method of preparation is so simple and it takes only few minutes as it doesn't require any cooking. It is very tasty, healthy and needs only few ingredients.

This cutlet is usually prepared by using potatoes along with spinach, but keeping health in mind, I have avoided potatoes as it is high in carbohydrates and calories. To make it more healthy these cutlets have been shallow fried using minimal oil.
