Rava uttapa recipe - semolina or sooji uttapam recipe -how to make rava uttapa

Rava uttapa or uttapam recipe  - Rava uttappa or uttapam is an easy and quick breakfast dish made without grinding and fermentation. Everyone in the family needs a perfect breakfast to start the day. To the best of my knowledge, I try  to provide a delicious, healthy and  filling dish for breakfast. Besides idly, dosa and  paratha, I often make rava uttapa with variations. This recipe is a quick fix and simple method of  making rava uttappa. It tastes well with all varieties of chutney. It should better go with one glass of milk, milk shake, juice, horlicks, bournvita, a cup of tea or coffee. For the better taste use ghee to shallow fry the uttappa
