Mix fruits seekarane recipe - I have already prepared mango rasayana, musk melon rasayana and mash melon rasayana with coconut milk and posted them before, but now I prepared the mix fruits seekarane with milk. This mix fruits seekarane is a very delicious and healthy dessert and it can be served as upawas or fasting dish by replacing the milk with coconut milk. Seekarane is a popular dessert of South Karnataka. This is a perfect dessert to prepare when guests visit suddenly or kids demand sweet dish, they have no patience to wait and you can prepare seekarane within few minutes with available fruits in the kitchen.

Ingredients
- 3 custard apples / sitaphal
- 3 banana, peeled, chopped
- 2 apples, peeled, grated
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 4 cardamoms, powdered
- 2 tbsp Pomegranates
Preparation
Keep the boiled milk in the fridge and allow it to chill. Keep all the fruits in its natural form, in the fridge and allow them to chill. While making seekarane, remove the milk and fruits from the fridge.
Method
- Cut the sitaphal into two halves. Then, use a spoon to scoop out the white flesh. Mash well with fingertips to loosen the seeds, then manually squeeze the pulp out and keep it aside.
- Pour the milk in a large bowl. Add the sugar and mix well to dissolve.
- Peel and chop the bananas. Add the sitaphal pulp and chopped bananas to the milk.
- Mix the banana, sitaphal pulp to combine with milk.
- Peel and grate the apples. Add it to the milk, banana, sitaphal mixture.
- Add the cardamom powder and mix well to combine.
- Garnish with pomegranates
- Serve the mix fruits seekarane as a dessert.
