Varieties of upma can be done by using vermicelli, semolina, beaten rice, puffed rice, oats, etc. Oats vegetable upma is a delicious breakfast snack, which I make often and it doesn't need much of a preparation. It is so easy and gets ready within 25 minutes when the ingredients are readily available in the kitchen. It is a filling and healthy snack usually served with hot coffee or tea.
