Watermelon Juice Recipe

- 1/2 watermelon / Kalingad
 - 2 tsp sugar
 - A pinch of salt (optional)
 - A pinch of pepper powder (optional)
 
- Wash and pat dry the watermelon. Keep it in the fridge for about 3-4 hours.
 - While making juice, remove it from the fridge and cut it into halves.
 - Take one portion of the watermelon and cut it into large sized pieces.
 - Remove the seeds and chop the red portion of the watermelon. Put the chopped red portion into a mixer. Grind it into a smooth juice.
 - Strain the juice using a strainer. Remove the coarse watermelon paste stored in the strainer,.
 - put it in the same mixer jar, using little juice, grind the coarse paste again and mix it with the strained juice.
 - Now add 2 tsp of sugar and mix well.
 - Pour the watermelon juice in glasses.
 - Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper powder if you like it.
