Kadhi in a pan
Gujarati kadhi recipe - Today  I am sharing with you all a tantalizing kadhi recipe of Gujarat. This kadhi  has  full of authentic Gujarati taste and have a combined flavor of the ingredients. It is perfect with moong dal khichadi, mixed dals khichdi and hot rice.

The best thing is that the hot kadhi can also be consumed as a soup and it is very filling and soothing. Instead of churning butter milk everyday, for a change, you can make kadhi to serve with the meal. The process is very simple and so easy that it can be prepared within few minutes.  I served it with rice moong dal khichdi.
