These are nice accompaniment to idli, dosa, uttappam, rotis, paratha, rice, samosa, vada and so many. There are many varieties of chutneys and can be prepared within few minutes. Durable chutneys are handy and can be made instant chutney by mixing chutney powder in yogurt. I have compiled chutneys, chutney powder, pickles and paste for marination recipes for your convenience.
Til Shenga Chutney Powder - A very handy and healthy chutney powder prepared with roasted sesame seeds or til, ground nuts, cumin seeds and curry leaves. Coconut Coriander Peanut Chutney - This chutney is made with coriander leaves, roasted pea nuts or ground nuts, fresh coconut, roasted green chillies, lemon, sugar and salt. This is a very popular chutney of Maharashtra.
