Makes 1 cup of green masala
1/4 bunch coriander leaves, chopped
20 green chillies, chopped
30 garlic flakes / lasun, peeled
2" piece ginger / adrak, peeled
1½ tbsp cumin seeds / jeera
Salt as required
Green masala recipe
- Clean the coriander leaves. Wash them thoroughly and chop.Wash and peel the ginger. Chop them into pieces.Peel the garlic flakes. Remove the stalks of green chillies and chop.
- Then mix all the ingredients and grind them to a fine paste,using very little water.
- Transfer this masala paste to a clean container.
- This green masala c an be stored in the deep freeze for about a month.
